Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates Free shipping is available on all orders over €100. For orders below €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Spain & France	3–6 business days
Rest of EU	5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Carriers We ship via CTT and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on your location and order.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the CTT or FedEx website.

Customs and Import Duties For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU, any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@happysheep.store and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
